Cinnamon-Maple Cream Topping

1 cup whipping cream

¼ cup real maple or maple-flavored syrup

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pecan halves or additional ground cinnamon, if desired


In a large bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until cream begins to thicken, then on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in syrup and cinnamon, scraping bowl once, until blended and stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with pecans and additional cinnamon.


Sweet Orange Cream Topping

1 cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

¼ cup orange juice

½ teaspoon grated fresh orange peel

Additional grated fresh orange peel or orange twists, if desired


In a large bowl, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until cream begins to thicken, then on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in orange juice and orange peel. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with additional orange peel.


Caramel-Apple Cream Topping

¼ cup caramel ice cream topping

1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

½ teaspoon apple pie spice

Additional caramel ice cream topping, if desired

Gradually beat in caramel topping, brown sugar, and apple pie spice, scraping bowl once, until blended and stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
