Chicken Biscuit Bake

 
 

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded, or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 oz sour cream

1 cup milk

1 can green beans, drained

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 container ready-to-bake biscuits


Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and milk. Add chicken and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread green beans over top; sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from over, top with biscuits, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until tops of biscuits are golden brown.
